This is a really great computer. It may be a bit bulky, but that doesn't bother me. The battery life does dwindle down as the number of uncharges/charges increases, but I still get 1:20 out of it with just firefox running. (in Ubuntu. with Vista, it's about 40 minutes, 50 with XP, but my computer is almost three years old)

Try going into start, then going to my computer and right click on the my computer icon then click manage then computer management will come up and then click disk management then check if it is actually 'invisible' drive. When my mybook was formatted for mac, it could see the drive but wouldnt come up in my computer either.

The begining of this video only plays about 4-5 sec's before having to buffer again then after about 2mins or so everthing is fine.

There is no 1,000 terabyte hard drive on the market today, and if there was it would cost more than $50,000, as the cheapest 1 terabyte hard drive i could find was about $80.
